Our Health Guarantee
We guarantee that your new puppy will pass a veterinarian’s examination for overall health if administered within 3 days of date of delivery (please get a receipt form from your vet). We guarantee your new puppy to be free of infection for two weeks from date of delivery and that your new puppy will be free of any congenital defects for one full year from date of birth.
Any health related issues must be communicated to us within 24 hours of detection by your vet. If your puppy presents a condition that makes this guarantee necessary, we will replace the puppy with like breed, color & sex within 180 days of notification (shipping charges for replacement puppy are your responsibility). We will require a written statement form your vet; living puppies must be returned to us before a replacement puppy will be provided. We reserve the right to return your money in lieu of a replacement puppy. For more detail, call me to discuss our policies at (417) 838-2212.

Placing a Deposit to Hold Your Puppy
After we have spoken and you’ve chosen a puppy to purchase, a Deposit is required to hold your puppy until it is old enough to go home with you. Typically we ask for 25% as a deposit and you can pay that via Venmo with no service fee to you. All deposits are non refundable. If for any reason we can’t deliver the puppy you’ve chosen you can either transfer your deposit or we will issue a full refund. If your circumstances change and you decide not to buy the puppy, there will be no refund of your deposit. Shipping can be arranged many months of the year but not always. Since the bulldogs are a short nosed dog, they are subject to temperature standards and black out periods. Call us for more information about shipping in the US. We typically do not ship internationally. You are welcome to come to our home to pick up your puppy. If we arrange to drive to meet you somewhere equidistant, there will be a fee for gas.
